Peony Organic Cotton Nightie Ebony

Part of the luxury Prim & Co Collection, the Peony nightie is crafted from a soft organic, lightweight dobby cotton and is one of the more modest nighties in the range. Fine detailed pin tucking and lace edging on the sleeves on this nightie are the epitome of elegance and femininity.

Dobby cloth is a woven fabric produced on a specialised dobby loom. The technique and the loom first emerged in the 1840s, allowing the weaver to raise and lower the warp (vertical) threads individually, which in turn created small, distinctive, geometric patterns in the fabric.

The texture of the warp and weave adds to the beautiful finish of this beautiful nightie.
